VA/USDS Site Reliability Engineering Lead (VA.gov) takes interim Office of the CTO Director of Engineering role

This experienced and hands-on technical leader, executive consultant, enterprise solutions architect, and software engineer, has taken on a new challenge.

Bill Chapman is now identified as USDS Department of Veterans Affairs – Director of Engineering (interim), Office of the CTO. Bill has recently been leading efforts to establish an SRE team and a reliability focused culture for the platform that powers VA.gov.
