The Department of Veterans Affairs has announced its intent to make a sole source award to Snowbird Agility, an 8(a) woman-owned and service-disabled veteran-owned small business founded with the passion to improve the lives of those wanting to build products without limits.
Led by CIDMO’s Lean Change Management Team (LCMT), this specific coaching and change management engagement collaboration between Snowbird Agility and CIDMO will facilitate the VHA Office of Health Informatics (OHI) division’s continued journey along the Scale Agile Framework (SAFe®) transformation roadmap.
This is the first known Prime award for this team of expert Agilists who provide leadership in Digital Transformation, PMO Operations, and Application Development. Led by CEO Sharon Grimm, Snowbird Agility is a member of the Digital Services Coalition and the Digital WOSB Alliance, a collection of leaders working to create more opportunities for women-owned, women-led small businesses to deliver digital services for the government.
