VA taps Program Integrity leader to serve as Acting Program Executive Director for VALOR programs

Armed with perspective gained over more than a decade in support of the Department of Veterans Affairs, this leader takes on a new challenge.

Chanel Bankston-Carter is now listed as Acting Program Executive Director for VALOR programs with the VA.

Chanel’s experience includes serving on a task force with the then Senator Barrack Obama, Secretary’s Seamless Transition Task Force, the Severely Wounded Warriors taskforce and numerous other committees of service to veterans and the nation.
