In this role he will the technology and automation initiatives for the Veterans Benefits Administration (VBA), with a focus on improving the processing of Veterans’ benefits claims. I oversee the Office of Benefits Automation and the Office of Business Integration, ensuring that our technology strategies are aligned and prioritized to maximize the services VBA provides in leveraging automation to deliver benefits.
