The Contractor shall provide support for the modernization, implementation, and utilization of Service Management tools throughout the VA Enterprise from the Infrastructure Operations, Enterprise Service Management center of excellence.  The term Service Management Tools collectively refers to ServiceNow, as the primary tool for business process automation and, at the maximum benefit to the Government, any existing service management tools requiring modernization but not suited for automation via ServiceNow. The scope described in this PWS includes the people, processes, and tools required to provide a healthy, reliable, scalable, interoperable and adoptable Service Management solution inclusive of Platform and Software Configuration, Design and Development, Testing, Integration, Modernization, Expansion, Customization, Implementation, Provisioning, Auditing, Administration, Release Management, Code Reviews and Operations & Maintenance Support services.
