The Contractor shall provide all support services necessary to accomplish the tasks and associated deliverables required in this Performance Work Statement (PWS) in support of the C&P Product Line. The Contractor shall perform internal Contractor program management services to plan, monitor and control the tasks outlined in the PWS. The Contractor shall also support the deployment of several products within the C&P Product Line during the production roll-out and shall develop release documentation. The Contractor shall provide release planning and management. Additionally, the Contractor shall provide Tier 2 support and assist with Tier 3 and Tier 4 issue resolution. The Contractor shall support additional C&P product line products for this effort and transition support, if the optional tasks are exercised.
