The USSTRATCOM J6 operates, maintains, delivers, and defends USSTRATCOM Command, Control, Communications, Computer & Information Technology (C4IT) systems; identifies, analyzes, and advocates for resilient, threat informed C4IT and cyber capabilities and resources; expertly performs USSTRATCOM CIO responsibilities to deliver war fighting capability rapidly in the ever-evolving digital environment; implements data-driven decision making through Enterprise Data Science, machine learning, and artificial intelligence; and provides trusted, responsive USSTRATCOM and Nuclear Command Control Communications (NC3) Enterprise cybersecurity. USSTRATCOM will continue the transformation of its IT services to be more efficient, upgrade to new technology, and increase cybersecurity.
III. REQUIRED CAPABILITIES The Government is seeking Information Technology (IT) services to enable the full range of USSTRATCOM enterprise services, which will serve as a mission critical single point for integration, operations, and sustainment of the large, complex IT enterprise environment supporting real-time and near-real-time global military deterrence operations including critical nuclear command and control systems.
To include:
- systems engineering
- management
- procurement
- sustainment services for integration, modernization, and system support for USSTRATCOM and its geographically separate locations.
IV. SCOPE SUMMARY Under this requirement, the contractor will provide IT services in support of USSTRATCOM. Service locations are anticipated to be Offutt Air Force Base, Nebraska; Davis-Monthan Air Force Base, Arizona; and other locations with USSTRATCOM’s IT Assets.
