The Purpose of this Performance Work Statement (PWS) is to obtain workforce, office space, security, and computer support services for the United States Coast Guard (USCG) Command, Control, Communications, Computers, Cyber, and Intelligence Service Center (C5ISC). Unless otherwise authorized in writing by the Contracting Officer, the contractor shall perform all work on site at C5ISC units located in Kearneysville, WV, Portsmouth, VA, and Alexandria, VA, in addition to traveling to support work at other Information Technology Support Organization (ITSO) locations (Section 3). There may be new work and additional level of effort for full-time support in the future.
C5ISC Data Support Services (C5ISC-DSS) required by this PWS include all workforce, office space, security, and computer services necessary to support and sustain C5ISC operations at the highest levels of customer service consistent with Coast Guard mission requirements. The Contractor shall work according to the architectures, standards, guidelines and procedures as set forth in DHS, DOD and USCG policy (Section 16).
The overall scope includes workforce, asset management, office space and security services for C5ISC units and detachments located in Kearneysville, WV, Alexandria, VA, Alameda, CA, and Chesapeake, VA. Departments and the various information Technology Servicing Offices listed below may be consolidated during the period of performance of this task order 17MAY2024- 16MAY2029 and transitioned to this contract in order to obtain workforce, office space and security services.
