HSI is continuing the process of transforming the Agency’s Information Technology (IT) investment approach and processes for acquiring and delivering enhanced investigative capabilities to its 9,500-person global workforce. To this end, the ICE TECS Modernization Program has created an information technology solution that provides a broad set of mission focused functions as a replacement for the Customs and Border Protection (CBP)-managed legacy TECS system. This ICE TECS Modernization system now provides the core toolset used by HSI agents worldwide to develop and document their criminal investigations.
The scope of this effort includes employing proven Agile Software Development techniques to deliver, maintain, and manage ICE TECS Modernization systems functionality in support of HSI’s mission by identifying, investigating, tracking, and documenting offenses against Federal Law in the areas of border control, customs, trade, and immigration. As such, the Contractor shall provide enhancement and O&M support services for each of the following components in ICE TECS Modernization using an Agile-driven approach:
- Solutions Integration
- Interfaces Support
- Data Warehouse Support
- Infrastructure Engineering and Configuration Management Support
- Security Engineering Support
- Digital Records Management Support
OPTIONAL TASKS:
- Ingestion of New Data Sources in Data Warehouse
- Connecting to New Data Sources
- Providing data to new destinations (Interfaces)
- Providing Surge Support…
