The 42d Contracting Squadron, Maxwell AFB, AL is requesting information from industry to assist in finalizing the acquisition strategy for the purchase of Information Technology (IT) Services Support for the 23 FTS. This support includes all tasks necessary to ensure an effective IT and Information Management structure that fosters timely deployment and optimal operations of all 23 FTS Information Systems and IT resources.
IT services will consist of the following: Tier-I Help-Desk Support, Customer Support, Asset Management, Account Management; and IT support for hardware, software, printer servers, cellphone devices, and file plans. Reference the Automated Data Processing Equipment (ADPE) listing for all equipment considered under this PWS. Additionally, the contractor shall provide technical support to operate and maintain all 23 FTS managed equipment, in support of all LANs. The 23 FTS has up to 400 users annually on the network. Manage work tickets via the EITaaS ServiceNow System or current AF program.
