The anticipated performance location is at the Navy Warfare Development Center, Norfolk, VA at a Government facility/site.
The Navy Warfare Development Center (NAVWARDEVCEN) is seeking contractor support for helpdesk, application, database web development and maintenance support. The Contractor will be responsible for the following:
- the development, maintenance, and enhancement of databases,
- conducting data architecture to support Knowledge Management (KM),
- creating web portals, conducting Research, Development, Test and Evaluation (RDT&E), Systems Analysis, supporting NAVWARDEVCEN’s Communications Security Material Systems (CMS) account,
- Software Development Team Management at the NAVWARDEVCEN and will perform routine customer support of IT systems and applications.
The objective of this requirement is to procure web, database support, to develop turnkey solutions and maintain the NAVWARDEVCEN databases, portals and web sites, and maintain compliance with Department of Defense (DoD) Information Assurance (IA) Workforce guidance. As well as supporting ancillary services and equipment and provide modernization support, research, software development, test and evaluation, systems analysis to support required data analytics, R&D for Data Optimization to modernize legacy systems.
The anticipated contract will include a twelve (12) month base period, and (4) four 12-month option periods, exercised at the option of the Government.
