Scope.Ā Ā This PWS outlines the breadth of services and related management support functions for the United States Air Force (USAF), AMC Directorate of Logistics, Transportation Division, Transportation Systems and Data Management Branch (A4TI) located at Scott AFB, Illinois.Ā The A4TI branch acts as the USAF functional manager for the Global Air Transportation Execution System (GATES).
Functional, Technical and Analytical Support.Ā The contractor shall:

- Global Air Transportation Execution System (GATES)

Perform Department of Homeland Security (DHS), Transportation Security Administration (TSA) eSecure Duties to electronically transmit and screen passengers usingĀ TSA e-Secure Flight per Defense Transportation Regulation (DTR) Part 1, Chapter 103, Section Paragraph O for stations or locations who do not have GATES or direct access to eSecure capabilities.Ā ESecure Duties are considered Mission Essential, as defined in section 7.8.Ā This task shall be accomplished as required 24 hours per day, 365 days per year.
Maintain manual passenger and cargo manifesting automated tools/products for use online and offline. I.e. Manual Alternative Cargo Tool and Manual Alternative Passenger Manifesting tools.
Maintain and as required, expand existing web pages upon Government need (ex. SharePoint, MS Teams, web page resources). The contractor shall perform planning, design, development, test and implementation of various static and dynamic content web sites for web services technologies. The contractor shall receive all requests for outside agency access to air transportation web information sites, process the requests through staff agencies, sponsor persons approved by the information owners for access and maintain records of the sponsorship ā¦
