US Air Force DRAFT RFP: GPS Engineering, Analysis, and Remote Site Sustainment III (GEARSS III) IDIQ

During the performance of this contract, the contractor shall provide the following services:

1. Program Management tasks to ensure the execution of cost, schedule, and performance of the Task Order and contract requirements.
2. Operations, engineering, and technical expertise to support ground system technical tasks, on-orbit and launch activities, crew proficiency and system simulation.
3. Mission essential DCO support to include data analysis and network monitoring.
4. Mission essential Network Administration Office (NAO) support in accordance with technical orders. Note: After the operational acceptance of OCX, NAO support will be formally renamed to Ground System Specialist (GSS). NAO support is no longer needed as NAO support is specific to OCS.
5. Remote Site Technician (RST) support providing operations, maintenance, safety, and documentation support for GPS assets at ASCN, KWAJ, DIEGO and CAPE, Communication Security (COMSEC) Responsible Officer (CRO) duties at all remote sites, and Information System Security Officers (ISSO) and ISSO on-call support for all remote sites.
6. Phase-in and phase-out activities to facilitate a seamless transition from and to new contractor personnel.
