Trewon Technologies is honored to receive a sole source award from the Department of Labor, Office of Health Plan Standards and Compliance Assistance (OHPSCA) for support on network adequacy for mental health providers in group health plans and insurance and compliance to Mental Health Parity and Addiction Equity Act (MHPAEA).

Trewon will support the Departments’ regulations for the nonquantitative treatment limitation (NQTL) comparative analyses required under MHPAEA, as amended by the Consolidated Appropriations Act, 2021 (CAA, 2021), and the Technical Release that sets out principles to inform future technical guidance on the application of the proposed data collection and evaluation requirements to NQTLs related to network composition.

Trewon’s team will provide Subject Matter and analytical expertise to identify metrics that provide evidence of the strength and adequacy of a plans or issuer’s network of health care providers and facilities.

This will be Trewon’s 5th award with DOL in the past two years.
