Theresa Anderson is the CEO, President, Executive Chairman, and Chairman of the Board of T&T Consulting Services, Inc. (T&T).
Founded in 1993 and Incorporated on March 21, 1996, in the State of Georgia. T&T is a Management Consulting Professional Services,
SBA Certified Woman Owned Small Business, company with approximately 50 consultants and 2 regional offices with Corporate
Headquarters in Atlanta, Georgia. Most recently, under the leadership of Theresa Anderson, the company closed on an over $16
billion contract blanket purchase agreement. She has managed projects onsite and offsite over $150 million. Mrs. Anderson serve as
President and Chief Executive Office (1996-present) has grown the company from a small professional services firm to a
worldwide GSA Partner, Professional Services, MAS - Management Organizational Business Integrated Services company since 2003.
T&T Consulting Services, Inc., was recently awarded a GSA Multiple Award Schedule (MAS) with a contract life of 20 years. In
over 27 years of senior leadership, Anderson has shaped T&T into a trusted strategic partner to the U.S.
government contracting, providing strategic management, organizational development, and information technology professional
service missions. Mrs. Anderson currently oversees T&T’s major strategic initiatives and transactions, including a highly successful
strategic alliances program that began in 2003. Since that time, the company has had more than 25 key clients, adding, and expanding
company capabilities in all its market areas. As Executive Chairman, she established T&T’s Culture, Character, Integrity, Mentoring, and Ethics Core Values Team in 2014. Mrs. Anderson is a graduate of the University of North Texas, Denton Texas where she earned,
respectively, a Bachelor of Business Administration in Strategic Management, G. Brint Ryan College of Business and an Alumni of Georgia Governor’s Mentor Protégé
Connection which produced more than $1 billion in annual revenue, as well as a Small Business Administration 8(a) Program Alumni.
In addition, she was presented with the Small Business of the Year Award. Her strategic vision in the early 2000s transformed the
company into a sharp focused Strategic Management Organization, setting company records for revenue and profit and positioned
T&T is an emerging competitive business in business process, information technology, and strategic management verticals.
