Roxann Cooper is a Principal partner/COO with the Triumf Consulting Group and a former Government Executive with outstanding leadership skills honed from her nearly 30-year career in Federal, State, and local government. Her professional reputation is ingrained in her proven experience in call center operations at the Internal Revenue Service, and the District of Columbia Government, along with her business development expertise in private sector organizations. Roxann is an experienced Senior Project Manager, a Certified Scrum Master (CSM), and a member of the Scrum Alliance. She holds a Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt (LSSYB) certification and earned her B.S. degree in Business and M.B.A. from the University of Phoenix in Phoenix, Arizona.
