Bio:
Robert Sens brings more than 17 years of experience leading large and complex programs for government agencies, first as a senior Federal employee and then as a consultant and contractor. He has experience leading geographically dispersed teams as large as 1,200 people in areas such as program management, change management, communications, professional services, intelligence and information analysis, and IT.

As a Senior Intelligence Analyst with the Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA), Mr. Sens supported intelligence efforts for multiple conflicts and anti-terrorism efforts. His intelligence analysis and briefings supported senior U.S. government officials, such as Cabinet-level officials and members of Congress. Mr. Sens received multiple awards for his efforts, including the Army Commander’s Award for Civilian Service while deployed to Afghanistan in support of Operation Enduring Freedom.

Following his government service, Mr. Sens entered Federal contracting, where he led contracts supporting the White House, the Departments of Defense (DOD), State, Health and Human Services (HHS), National Institutes of Health (NIH), Veteran Affairs (VA), Homeland Security (DHS), Justice (DOJ, the Small Business Administration (SBA). National Science Foundation (NSF), Small Business Administration (SBA), Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), and Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC). His efforts included managing a 1,000-person program, performing daily media analysis for three U.S. Presidents, and world-wide communications for the Defense Health Agency.

Mr. Sens earned a Juris Doctor from Nova Southeastern University and a Bachelor of Science in Communications from Florida International University.
