Carol Monroe is the President & CEO of RedSky, a woman-owned small business that provides enterprise IT, cybersecurity, IT policy and governance, project management, and AV/VTC solutions to federal government customers. With over 15 years of experience in program and project management and business operations, Carol has a track record of delivering integrated technical solutions, improving business processes, and developing strategic communication plans for mission-critical projects.

Carol is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) and holds an MBA, an MA in Homeland Security Management, and a BA in Criminology and Criminal Justice. She is passionate about advancing customer missions, supporting veterans, and creating opportunities for her team.
