Polly Mineva is the Director of Capture at Metronome, a Women-Owned Small Business (WOSB), where she drives strategic growth initiatives focused on innovation and digital modernization for the federal government and end users.
Polly served as VP of Information on the AFCEA NOVA Board from 2022 to 2024, where she was instrumental in enhancing communication strategies within the organization. Most recently, she was selected as the VP of Chapter Affairs for the AFCEA NOVA Board for the 2024-2025 program year, further underscoring her commitment to advancing collaboration on the alignment of technology across military, government, industry, and academia to meet the critical needs of those serving in defense, security, cyber, and intelligence sectors.
