Paul Garcia

Mr. Garcia is a strategic business development leader with more than 30 years of experience supporting government and commercial sectors. This experience includes directing strategic capture management, contract and proposal management, training, and sales initiatives for federal and commercial clients in the defense, homeland security, healthcare, and education arenas.
As Director of Business Development, Mr. Garcia is responsible for strategic and large federal program capture initiatives leveraging decades of management expertise to successfully drive capture, and proposal teams to maximize corporate growth.
Previously, Mr. Garcia provided business management support for companies in the DoD, DHS, and other Government agencies trying to establish themselves in U.S. and foreign markets, including products possessing military, maritime, law enforcement, or unique multi-use applications.
Mr. Garcia is a retired U.S. Coast Guard Officer with 23 years of service where he performed the duties of Government Contracting Officer and Foreign Military Sales program manager. He holds master’s degrees in Legal Studies (MLS), Public Administration (MPA), and Management (MSM) with a Batchelor’s in Business Administration.
