Joined Salesforce in 2021 after two decades of delivering technology solutions and business strategies to fortune 500 companies and government, and a decade in the Salesforce ecosystem. I'm a seasoned solution delivery expert and have been in customer-facing roles for over 17 years - had many different roles including CRM Practice Lead, Program Manager, Delivery Lead, and most of all, Trusted Advisor.
I envisioned, seeded, and led many large-scale transformation initiatives, worked for top Salesforce partners (Accenture, Deloitte, Booz Allen). I have served as a Customer Success Manager at Salesforce for several years and am currently serving as a Senior Account Partner in our Professional Services organization for HHS/VA.
