I serve as a Senior Director at Safal Partners who specializes in federal contract and grant work, specifically with a niche in delivering customized and intensive technical assistance and training to multiple customer demographics and audiences. We deeply understand technical and program delivery solutions whereas we are extremely experienced in designing intensive training needs assessments, understanding learning styles, physically and psychologically engaging and interacting with audiences for retention of informational knowledge and conducting evaluations in a way that clearly defines continuous improvement needs.
