Bio:
Experience writing proposals, managing the proposal development life cycle, and leading
responses to RFPs/RFQs/RFIs issued as standalone requirements or under large Federal
IDIQ/GWACs (i.e. GSA MAS, OASIS, ITES 3S, NETCENTS II, STARS III, etc.).
 Strong understanding of Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and/or Defense FAR (DFAR)
along with major Federal government procurement strategies (e.g., best value, performancebased,
LPTA).
