Bio:
Kate Racoff Musgrove has 17 years of experience leading and managing public health and behavioral health projects at the federal, state, and county level. She has also worked in health-related business development over the past 10 years. In her current role as Capture Director, she leads capture for public health opportunities across HHS focusing more specifically on CDC and NIH. Since January, she has overseen / currently overseeing capture efforts totaling over $145 million with over $52 million in winning bids. She additionally is leading an HIV strategy for ICF focusing on growth in CDC, NIH, USAID, HRSA, and OASH.
