JP is the CGO of BridgePhase, LLC, an award winning, global small business that specializes in designing, building, and implementing digital services that advance the mission of our Federal Government while preparing for new challenges ahead. As CGO, JP leads strategy and business development in support of BridgePhase’s extraordinary federal marketplace growth. JP has known and advised the BridgePhase founders for the last decade plus and is honored to be a part of the firm's rapid growth.

Prior to BridgePhase, JP was the CEO of EigenX DC, a public sector focused technology innovator.

Additionally, JP was an independent advisor and active board member, advising and leading various innovative, extraordinarily successful global public sector technology firms in the areas of Strategy Development, Sales Acceleration, Transaction Advisory Services as well as Operational Transformation and Excellence. Highlights:
- JP and his team successfully launched PCI Technology, one of the fastest growing tribally owned 8(a)
federal IT businesses.
- JP and his team expanded 1Rivet International into global emerging markets, aligning with
USAID, DFC, and various NGOs, deploying Microsoft Azure for Government and FinTech solutions in
collaboration with international donor, monetary and trade organizations.

JP is a former co-founder of Dominion Consulting, Inc., an award-winning company headquartered in DC. Under JP’s leadership from 2010 through 2018, Dominion was recognized as a federal innovator multiple times by Consulting Magazine, SmartCEO, and Inc. 5000. Dominion merged with TeraThink in 2018 and was acquired by CGI in 2020. Prior to Dominion, JP founded multiple companies that focused on providing business and mission-focused consulting, solution development, and systems integration services to the public sector and Fortune 2000.

JP in an experienced CEO, President, and Board Member with a proven history of successful growth and leadership in mid-market companies. After leaving large business in 2002, JP has founded/co-founded multiple companies, achieved strong organic growth, raised noteworthy investment capital, and led multiple successful M&A transactions to achieve non-organic growth. The M&A transactions included multiple corporate mergers and multiple exits/acquisitions.

JP graduated from Virginia Tech in 1992. He and his wife Dawn live in Northern Virginia with their four daughters & are deeply committed to the region, supporting local charitable and community organizations, and multiple Virginia Tech innovative endeavors.
