As Chief Operating Officer (COO), Christopher “Chris” Embert reports directly to the West 4th Strategy CEO. Chris is responsible for the Company’s day-to-day operations, ensuring that all systems, resources, and people are in place and aligned with the Company’s goals and objectives. His oversight includes providing direction for the Company’s strategic growth, implementing internal and customer-focused organizational and human capital improvement strategies, and overseeing high-quality service delivery. His responsibilities span program cost control, management of cross-functional teams, and service delivery, upholding West 4th’s brand and reputation among its employees, customers, and associates.
Chris is an accomplished executive, bringing more than 23 years of proven results, transformational leadership, and business development at professional services companies in the Federal sector.
