Mr. Bobbitt brings more than 30 years of experience in Information Technology and 16 years of experience in Program and Project Management. He worked as a Sr. Technical resource for the CMS, Center for Consumer Information and Insurance Oversight (CCIIO), Exchange Policy & Operations Group (EPOG) for Eligibility and Enrollment, Plan Management and IT development for the Health Insurance Exchange (HIX). Tony provided technical guidance to EPOG staff with a concentration on Agent Broker, Small Business Health Options Program (SHOP) and managed the Marketplace Quality Measurements “MQM” software development for CCSQ components.
