Mr. Talwar has supported various major government acquisition support efforts across multiple agencies, including GSA and the US Army. In 2007, Mr. Talwar began has support of the US Army in Kuwait, as a government advisor (Cost Analyst) for the Logistics Civilian Augmentation Program (LOGCAP). In his more than 10 years supporting these clients, he has priced over $1B in Independent Government Cost Estimates, including $500M projects. Supported negotiations for the Army and achieved at least $400M in cost savings for the government. As an accomplished cost estimator who understands the acquisition processes, technology, government contract finance, and the Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR), he applies and teaches complex and cutting edge cost estimation methodologies.
Prior to starting N2IA Technologies, he spent time with CPS HR Consulting, General Dynamics, Apptis, and Resource Consultants International (RCI), Aneesh cultivated his capacity to lead long-term and urgent business process reengineering efforts for agencies like the Transportation Security Agency. These efforts enabled his clients to align their available resources to meet strategic goals and functional, real-time metrics.
He holds a Bachelor of Science in Economics with a minor in Business Administration from George Mason University. Mr. Talwar is an active member of the International Cost Estimating and Analysis Association (ICEAA®) and holds the designation of Certified Cost Estimator/ Analyst (CCEA), NCMA Certified Federal Contracts Manager (CFCM), and FinOps Certified Practitioner (FOCP). He enjoys traveling, investing in real estate and equity crowd funding.
