Andy Lieber

Andy is an independent business developer with a 30+ year history of identifying, qualifying, and winning opportunities across the Government to drive growth and brand recognition. He utilizes an extensive professional network and broad based market knowledge to find opportunities and meet with key decision makers. Andy is adept at “connecting the dots” between the company’s core competencies and the Government’s needs to shape the opportunity and form winning teams. Andy has sold IT, Financial, Consulting, and Training solutions to DHS, VA, HHS, DoD, and has strong relationships at USDA, DOJ, NARA, and other civilian agencies.

Currently, Andy is the principal at TBD Consulting and a partner at Catapult Growth Partners. Where he helps businesses grow in the Government market and has helped clients win work at multiple civilian agencies. He has done business development, strategic planning, and program management for companies such as AT&T, Grant Thornton, Hitachi Consulting and Management Concepts. In addition, he has actively participated and held leadership roles in Government-Industry associations such as PSC, ACT-IAC, AGA, AFCEA, and AFFIRM. Andy has an MBA from the University of Maryland and a BA in Economics from California State University, Northridge.
