Bio:
Amelia currently serves as the Business Development Analyst for Segue Technologies, A Tetra Tech Company. She is responsible for sourcing new business, building and maintaining strategic partnerships, and evaluating future growth opportunities.
She previously worked at TACG serving in multiple roles including Program Manager of Quality & Improvement Projects, Audit Manager, and Deputy Program Manager for the functional support team on the PRPS Program at Wright-Patterson AFB.
Amelia currently serves as the Vice President of Emerging Leaders within the Dayton-Wright Chapter of AFCEA. Her role within the organization is to create, arrange, and promote educational leadership-oriented events geared toward engaging and developing emerging leaders within industry, military, and academia. She hosts social networking events, facilitates mentor relationships, schedules leadership seminars given by senior leaders, and engages up-and-coming leaders in and around the Dayton area to build and sustain growth in our region.
Amelia graduated from Wright State University with a degree in Supply Chain Management. She has strong organizational abilities, experience in strategy development and execution, problem solving, and continuous process improvement. She has a passion for ongoing cross-functional learning and a drive to give back to her community to foster meaningful and transformative relationships.
