Adrian Rich

Adrian founded Simple Technology Solutions in 2013 and serves as the CEO today. “STS” is an IT solutions provider specializing in assisting government agencies transition intricate software applications from traditional data centers to commercial cloud services.
Launching Simple Technology Solutions in 2013, Adrian began his journey as a Special Education Teacher in Baltimore. His career evolved into the IT domain where he assumed roles as a program manager, eventually culminating as a government contracting business development executive. Embodying the philosophy of "no margin, no mission," Adrian strives to establish a robust business that actively paves the way for increased representation of women and people of color in the niche sector of high-end public IT careers.
A devoted father of four, and recently becoming a new grandfather, Adrian resides in Bowie, Maryland. He earned his degrees from the College of William & Mary and Morgan State University, and holds an advanced professional certificate from Johns Hopkins University.
