Precise Software Solutions, Inc. (Precise), a small business delivering innovative technology solutions to federal and state government clients, announced that Larry Rose, Ph.D., has joined the company as Chief Operating Officer (COO), effective January 1, 2023. As COO, Dr. Rose will work closely with Precise’s senior leadership team to realize the strategic goals of the company and to support the delivery of high-quality services to our clients.
Dr. Rose has 35 years of experience working in large and small businesses in the government contracting industry serving as a key contributor to achieving year over year growth through strong service delivery and acquisitions.

In the role of the COO, Dr. Rose will lead the Precise business execution functions to include project and program execution and corporate support services including human resources, contracts, and other administrative functions. “I am excited to take on this new role at Precise,” said Dr. Rose. “I am looking forward to working with the talented Precise team as we leverage our innovative culture and proven technology delivery practices to advance the missions of our clients.”
