Shimul comes to PT78 with over 20 years of Commercial and Government sector experience, and for the past 12 years has successfully led Business Development, Capture and Proposal Management activities resulting in over $1B in awards for NIH, HRSA, FDA and other related HHS accounts.
Shimul has a BS in Biochemistry and MS in Biotechnology, and also has a patent issued in both US and Japan for her work developing a novel drug delivery technology for Shire Labs in 2003.
