PBGC RFI: Historical Congressional Documents and Legal Journals Web-Based Platform

The Pension Benefit Guaranty Corporation (PBGC) is seeking information regarding potential vendors to provide a web-based platform in order for the Office of the General Counsel to conduct legislative and regulatory research. It is necessary that the subscription offer US legislative and regulatory materials dating back to the inception of the publications. The publications include Code of Federal Regulations, Federal Register, and journals from the American Bar Association.

Deliverables Specifically, the Company’s web-based platform shall offer the following content:

1. American Bar Association Journals (1915-current)
2. Federal Register (1936-current)
3. Code of Federal Regulations (1938-current)
4. History of Bankruptcy: Taxation & Economic Reform in America
5. S. Federal Legislative Histories (1929-current)
6. GAO Reports and Comptroller General Decisions (1991-current)
7. S. Congressional Serial Set (1789-current)
8. S. Federal Agency Documents, Decisions, and Appeals (1929-current)
9. S. Statutes at Large (1789-current)
10. S. Supreme Court Library (1750-current)
