Partner Request: 8(a) Small Business seeks partner to support CBRs/PEPPERs recompete

One 8(a) WOSB is seeking a partner with past performance or direct relationships in support of the CPI Provider Compliance Group and/or Medicare Administrative Contractors/Recovery Auditors. SAS and Business Objects skills and certifications, along with a deep understanding of Medicare data and its implications for various provider settings and stakeholders, is desired.   

This request is in relation to the Comparative Billing Reports (CBRs) Programs to Evaluate Payment Patterns Electronic Reports (PEPPERs) recompete which strives to reduce improper payments in the Medicare program through the production of CBRs is expected to be released in the May timeframe.  

Background 

The incumbent on this contract is RELI Group, who beat out one other bidder to be awarded this 5-year support contract in late 2018. That contract was competed on GSA MAS as an 8(a) set-aside action. The agency stated that the next iteration of this contract will go out as an 8(a) set-aside, but which contract vehicle has not been announced at this time.
