The Engineering Directorate of Military Sealift Command (MSC) requires non-personal engineering services to administer its Engineering Maintenance Management Systems in order to continue support to the fleet in a cost-effective manner. The Contractor shall provide non-personal engineering, technical, and system implementation and improvement services in the performance of investigative and design efforts relating to material readiness, preventive and predictive maintenance, and condition monitoring programs. The Government requires engineering and technical services to perform the following: Maintenance engineering services; condition-based monitoring technology support services; and shipboard testing and inspection services.
Maintenance Engineering Services. Provide services for the support of Government’s maintenance management information systems, data, and hardware in both the shipboard and shoreside environment.
