The Department of Navy, Naval Information Warfare Center (NIWC) Pacific, intends to issue a Request for Proposal (RFP) No. N66001-24-R-0064 to provide User Experience/User Interface (UX/UI) design and engineering to the development of Command, Controls, Communications, intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (C4ISR) systems and products for NIWC PAC 536 division. The scope of this requirement includes application to software and hardware as it relates to human factors and will be applied throughout and any time within a products’ s lifecycle. The UX/UI methods cover standards typical of this domain including related process and products. The main task elements across the design and development lifecycle. It also includes the scientific and systematic interactions required with the expected users of the system/product.
