MBL signs ESRG Statement of Support for employees who serve in the Guard and Reserve

MBL is proud to share that we have pledged our support to our employees of the Guard and Reserve.  We are grateful for the opportunity to work with the Department of Defense’s Employer Support of the Guard and Reserve (ESRG) program to sign a Statement of Support. Now and always, we pledge our commitment to recognizing, honoring, and complying with the Uniformed Armed Services Employment and Reemployment Rights Act (USERRA).  We pledge to provide our managers and supervisors with the tools they need to effectively manage employees who serve in the Guard and Reserve. We appreciate the values, leadership, and unique skills Service members bring to the workforce and encourage opportunities to hire Guardsmen, Reservists, and Veterans.
