MBL Operational Resilience SMEs are preparing MBL for the organization’s participation in International ShakeOut Day, an international earthquake drill on October 19 at 10:19am. Since the pandemic, MBL is predominately a remote workforce and this year MBL will be focusing our communications and drills on preparedness for a remote-based workforce. MBL will be creating and testing processes to communicate beyond work email lines, creating communication lines across various communication channels and exploring tools to support and prepare our regionally-diverse workforce.
