J29, Inc. (J29), an employee-centered healthcare management consulting company, welcomes Kathy Dass as the new Vice President of Programs and Delivery.
In this role, Dass will oversee and support delivery functions of J29’s programs supporting health and human service missions at the State and Federal levels while providing leadership oversight to over 230 program employees across over fifteen (15) programs.

Dass has previously been recognized for her leadership and mission-driven approaches through industry awards such as the ‘Leading for Impact, Women in Leadership’ award, strongly aligning to J29’s centricity around being an employee-focused company. Prior to J29 and throughout her career, Dass has served in various roles ranging from Chief Operating Officer, Chief Delivery Officer, and Program Manager for healthcare focused companies in revenues exceeding $150 million annually.

Supporting State and Federal health missions for over 15 years, Dass brings career highlights include leading technical integration and development efforts for the Maryland Health Information Exchange, major health care and cost improvement initiatives for the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services, and even supporting the design and build of a United States Air Force aircraft program.
Dass holds a Bachelor of Science in engineering from Penn State University as well as a Master of Business Administration from the University of Maryland University College.
