A strategic and exciting information technology partnership between Intelligent Technology, LLC (I-Tech) and Vamonos IT, LLC has led to the formation of a new joint venture (JV). The two industry experts join to strengthen services provided to federal government customers in IT infrastructure, cloud architecture, service desk support, cybersecurity, AI solutions, and more. The JV, known as I-Tech Vamonos JV, will provide the Government with a streamlined management structure and a unified approach to deliver high-quality solutions that meet mission critical needs and infrastructure. Building on a successful contracting partnership, I-Tech, LLC and Vamonos IT, LLC have combined their expertise to create a powerhouse in IT service delivery. The JV is eligible for Sole Source awards utilizing I-Tech’s status as an 8(a) ANC of up to $25M through the SBA without the need for Justification and Approval (J&A) and $100M for DOD customers, maximizing government efficiency and savings.
