Leveraging extensive industry experience including time as Executive Vice President and Chief Solutions Officer, Chief Information Officer, and a recent stint as CEO with RELI Group, this leader takes on a new challenge.

Swami Swaminathan is now listed as Chief Executive Officer at Verve. Verve is a Service Disabled Veteran owned Small Business (SDVOSB) and an Economically disadvantaged Woman-owned (EDWOSB) company.

In posting about the move Swami shared:

After serving RELI Group for more than 7-1/2 years, I decided to venture into helping the company, Verve, that I co-founded. Firstly, I want to thank Mohammad Elias for giving me the opportunity to be part of RELI Group and trusting me to run the company. The opportunity was phenomenal. We did some wonderful things, and the company achieved tremendous growth from being an early-stage company. Thanks to Sam, RELI employees, and partners in putting up with me as I was trying to do my job.

Sometimes beginning a new journey end with another one. For me, a new journey now begins. I joined Verve starting October 1 with the idea of serving government clients through my own venture. Verve is a Service-Disabled Veteran Owned (SDVOSB) and Woman-owned Small Business (WOSB). This is very exciting as the encouragement and support government provides to small businesses is outstanding… and it keeps getting better and better.

My tenure with RELI opened doors for new relationships and solidified existing ones. Being a student of this business, I am completely aware that the success of a company (big or small) cannot be achieved without the help of partnerships. I continue to seek your relationship, partnership and guidance in my new journey as well. Verve’s doors are open for you. We bring lot more capabilities than WOSB and SDVOSB set aside quals. Some of you might have heard me give the analogy of Wild Dogs (being the most successful hunter) for business. The reason is, Wild Dogs strategize, communicate effectively and hunt in packs. Let us help our government together!
