Indian Health Service (IHS) RFQ: Produce Prescription Pilot Program Evaluation Services

The Indian Health Service (IHS) has a requirement to obtain contractor support services to assist with the development, management and facilitation of an evaluation framework for the implementation of a produce prescription program in Native communities.

The contractor shall work with the Indian Health Service (IHS) Division of Diabetes Treatment and Prevention (DDTP) federal leadership to coordinate and facilitate IHS Produce Prescription Pilot Program (P4) evaluation activities to address food insecurity in Native communities by completing the following tasks:

1. Creating and managing the IHS Produce Prescription Pilot Program (P4) evaluation framework, including data coordination.
2. Organizing and facilitating meetings with IHS P4 support team staff.
3. Organizing nutrition security training and evaluation activities for P4 grantees.

The period of performance is a base year with four option years.
