Heartland Consulting is pleased to announce a new contract with the Air National Guard. Heartland will support the Air National Guard’s Predictive Readiness and Readiness Reporting within the National Guard Bureau (NGB). The ANG Readiness Division’s focus is to assist with orchestrating and implementing readiness analysis actions for current and future operations across the ANG, to include weapons system sustainment, operational training infrastructure, augmentation for critical skills personnel shortages, flying analysis, and deployment ratios. The division conducts and supports NGB Joint Staff, Office of the Secretary of Defense, and Congressional readiness reporting to inform Air National Guard policy, deliberations and program budget review.

Readiness recovery is an emerging top priority for the Secretary of Defense and the Secretary of the Air Force as they continue to report, assess and resource readiness with the goal of accelerating readiness recovery. Heartland will assist this process through the APEX Readiness Division in its expansion and key objectives to help protect American national security. In accordance with this contract, Heartland staffs highly qualified and specialized senior analysts to provide operations support and analysis; information strategy, synchronization, and integration; mission command strategic planning and implementation; and a variety of other critical functions.

Key factors that contributed to Heartland’s award were our extensive history successfully providing similar support across the Federal government, our well-defined quality control measures, and our proven ability to staff contracts requiring highly skilled and specialized analysts.

“We look forward to expanding our partnership with the United States military through the Air National Guard,” John English, Heartland Consulting’s Chief Executive Officer, said. “It is always an honor to assist military operations that are vital to American national interests. This new contract will bolster the ANG’s readiness infrastructure and ensure that those serving are able to do so in the most effective way possible.”
