Request for Proposals RFP No.040ADV-23-R-0024, SID Acquisition Support Services
The United States Government Publishing Office (GPO) is seeking proposals to provide the Government Publishing Office (GPO) Acquisition Services Division (AS) with the SID acquisition support services. The services must be placed against the contract in accordance with the Material Management Acquisition Regulation (MMAR).
GPO anticipates a Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) Level of Effort (LOE) type contract consistent with the Materials Management Acquisition Regulation (MMAR) 16.207. This is a new requirement and there is no incumbent for this contract.
The Government intends to award one contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible Offeror whose proposal represents the best value to the Government after evaluation in accordance with the factors as set forth in this solicitation in accordance with MMAR 12, MMAR 13 and elements of MMAR 15. The procurement will utilize a Best Value Tradeoff process set forth in MMAR 15.101-1. Offerors must clearly review Sections L and M of this RFP. The Government also reserves the right to award more than one contract or not to award contract in response to this solicitation.
