More than 6 months after proposals were due, the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration has canceled the solicitation for this 5-year IDIQ requirement seeking a range of scientific, engineering, technical, and professional administrative, budgetary, and program support services intended to be provided primarily to the NOAA components located in the David Skaggs Research Center (DSRC). Limited rationale was provided for the cancelation. More will be shared here if it is made available.
