The contractor shall provide program management, consulting, and technical support services to OPPA within a dynamic, fast-paced, evolving emergency management environment. The contractor will advise and assist OPPA Leadership and BMO, which serves as the OPPA “Front Office”, as they provide service, advisement, communication, and centralized coordination across all offices and divisions within OPPA. Additionally, and outside of the “Front Office” structure, the contractor shall provide dedicated support to the ERPD, IAD, Policy, and Strategy. The contractor shall provide staff with senior-level experience and ability in the following areas of specialty and skills: § Strategy and Policy Management § Strategic Planning and Foresight § Strategic Communications § Event/Engagement Coordination and Strategic Facilitation Services § Reporting and Analytics Support § Customer Experience (CX) § Score Keeping and Advanced Budget Analysis
