ERP International is pleased to announce the appointment of Erin Wolfe as the new Director of Federal Capture. Erin brings a wealth of experience and a proven track record in federal programs and IT management, making her an invaluable addition to our team.
Erin joins ERP International from Alcor Technical Solutions, LLC, where she served as the Director of Federal Programs. In this role, she successfully maintained and expanded federal client relationships, led and managed IT projects and programs, and supervised a diverse team of professionals. Her leadership and strategic vision were instrumental in achieving company and client goals, particularly with the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) and the National Institutes of Health (NIH).
With over 17 years of experience in the federal sector, primarily at the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services, CMS, where she served as the Acting Deputy Director of the CCSQ Division of User Experience & Support Services, Erin has demonstrated exceptional skills in program management, business development, and technical guidance. She has a strong background in creating collaborative environments, developing business metrics, and implementing modern application development and business processes. Her expertise in SAFe Agile transformation, improving customer experience (CX/UX), and leading cross-matrixed teams will be crucial in driving ERP’s federal capture initiatives.
