DTRA’s current A&AS contract was competed under GSA OASIS Pool 1 and awarded via contract GS00Q14OADU143 / HDTRA121F0033 to Noblis, Inc. DTRA intends to leverage lessons learned and best practices drawn from previous efforts, looking for innovative approaches to both management and execution of A&AS activities.
The current A&AS contract includes approximately 220 FTE/resources which are aligned functionally to the CTR mission. CTR is currently in the process of restructuring its organization from a functional to a regional approach, such that the number and allocation of A&AS FTEs/resources will likely change between the current and future A&AS contracts.
The period of performance is estimated to consist of a two-year base period plus three single-year option periods for a total period of up to five years. The projected start date for the contract is early CY 2026.
