DOT adds recent CMS and longtime State Department IT Chief as Associate CIO and Chief Financial Officer

This transformational leader known for bridging the gap between information technology (IT) and finance, and IT and healthcare in public and private sectors has taken on a new challenge with the Department of Transportation.

Lucinda Wade has taken on a new role as Associate Chief Information Officer for Resource Management and Chief Financial Officer with the U.S. Department of Transportation. Lucinda spent more than a decade in support of the State Department including time providing leadership and strategic vision in information technology (IT), finance, program management, cybersecurity, contract management, and human capital for the Department of State’s enterprise infrastructure, platform, and software environments; managing a $100M IT budget.
